Kristina Nickoli

Family Solicitor

Kristina joined Chapman Pieri in June 2017 after training and qualifying as a solicitor at a multi-disciplinary firm. She worked for a number of years within a family law department before qualifying as a solicitor and has built up wide-ranging experience as a result.

Her previous cases include high-net worth financial matters, injunctions, child arrangements, and advice in relation to pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Kristina is truly committed to her clients, she endeavours to reach their preferred outcomes in the most cost effective and time sensitive ways; explaining all options available.

Having built up strong relationships within the family law industry, with barristers and experts for example, Kristina uses this to assist her clients where possible.

Our clients are often dealing with emotionally difficult situations when they come to us for advice, which Kristina is sympathetic of. Kristina takes a personal yet professional approach and her clients have expressed their gratitude for her commitment to achieve the best outcome for them.

In the past, Kristina was the Chairperson of the Hertfordshire YRes (Resolution) committee, which is a national organisation of family lawyers who are committed to reaching a constructive and amicable resolution to family issues. Kristina remains a member of Resolution and still takes this approach to her cases.

Testimonials

"I would like to state that you did save my sanity on more than a few occasions, I also feel you have always conducted yourself with total professionalism throughout, both in your interactions with myself and my wife's solicitors. All I ever wanted was a fair and true outcome which I believe is what you seek too. Please don’t be offended if I say I sincerely hope I never have a need for your services again tho ! But at the same time I have enjoyed our exchanges over the last few years and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to anyone."

Mr S. F

"I thank you for being nothing but patient, understanding, dependable and professional. You helped me greatly through an awful time in my life and I would recommend your services to anyone who asks."

Mrs C.T

"Kristina's help and advice has been such a comfort in the hardest issue of our lives. I felt fully supported throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, and anything I did not understand she was very patient to explain"

Mr N.P

"You have been a tower of strength to me throughout and much appreciated. Words cannot express. Your relaxed and reassuring personality is a delight. Everyone I have had a chance to meet at your office has been a pleasure to meet to date. Martha and Rene - sheer delight all of you and of course Karen who I met many years ago."

Mrs L.S

"Thank you - Kristina you were so helpful clear and fabulous - All round satisfied!"

Mrs J.R

"In short, I could not have wished for a better experience - despite numerous setbacks, Kristina remained calm and sympathetic, and patiently explained issues to me time and time again. She was also clearly looking out for my interests, not just in terms of the divorce but wider than that in terms of increased cost or frustration to me. For a young woman, Kristina seems exceptionally measured and skilled in her professional practice."

Mrs K.M

Kristina is a keen traveller and has a personal goal to visit at least one new city every year. She has a lot more to see but is very slowly making her way through her scratch-off map of the world. She is very much up for taking on a challenge, which so-far, has meant her doing a tandem skydive and eating a three course meal in total darkness (a real and highly recommended restaurant experience).

Kristina has a large family, adorable godchildren and friends who she enjoys socialising with during her “down-time”.
