If you wish to proceed and instruct Chapman Pieri Solicitors we will confirm our estimated fees and our hourly charge-out rates in a written client care letter, which we will ask you to sign and return to us.
If you instruct Chapman Pieri Solicitors one thing you can be assured of, is that you will get quality legal advice. You should not be deterred from seeking legal advice because of the fear of costs. You will quickly be told what your estimated costs are likely to be. There will be total transparency in relation to your legal costs as we know no one likes nasty surprises. We shall endeavour to bill you regularly to prevent costs mounting up and to ensure that you are aware of what your costs are as your case proceeds.
